Kipling is pleased to announce that we have received the leasing mandate for the Auto BLDG. located at 158 Sterling Road in the heart of Toronto’s Junction Triangle neighbourhood.

The Auto BLDG. gets its name from a rich and storied past. The building was originally built in 1919 by the Northern Aluminum Company and contributed to the city’s industrial era. Architecturally, the building is an early example of a high rise industrial building with exposed concrete structural framing and was rumoured to be the tallest building in Toronto for a short period of time. Since then, developer Castlepoint Numa undertook world class renovations bringing the mechanical systems into the 21st century and offering office tenants an industrial yet modern place to call home. The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) is located on the first three floors while design centric tenants such as Zeidler Architects and Folks VFX have offices on the upper floors.

For companies looking to lease a truly unique office space, the Auto BLDG. currently has two full floor options (5th floor and 9th floor) and a smaller sized suite available on the 4th floor. Check out the building, photos, floor plans and virtual tours on our leasing page here.
