Station Place is located at 5249 Dundas Street West adjacent to the Kipling subway station and transit hub. This brand new 40-storey property features 333 premium rental units; condo-like amenities including an outdoor pool, movie theatre, and fitness centre; full-service property management; and base level retail including a Farm Boy grocery store that is set to open in September 2021.

Forest Hill Kipling was selected as the premium property management services provider for Station Place and we have assisted the ownership group transition the property from its construction phase to a fully operational building. Our team assisted in the brand development phase with our creative agency of record and continues to support marketing initiatives.
